The Negotiations Team represents SSEA members in collective bargaining with the District. If you have questions about negotiations or the contract, please contact your team lead.
Language issues are addressed on a yearly basis. Compensation for 23-24 and 24-25 has been settled with the 75% of funded COLA in each year, to be applied to the salary schedules once the state legislature ratifies the budget, hopefully by late July each year.
